2000 – 2009

Executive Assistant:
The Beginning

Started my career providing high-level administrative support, managing complex schedules, and facilitating efficient office operations. Developed strong organizational skills and attention to detail that would serve me throughout my career.

2010 – 2024

CLINICAL MASSAGE THERAPIST

Pivoted to a hands-on healing career, completing extensive training in therapeutic massage techniques. Built and managed my own practice, developing deep empathy and connection skills while addressing clients’ physical wellness needs.

2019-2025

MANAGERIAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

Provided broad operational and administrative support, streamlining office systems, managing staff and client relations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Introduced organized processes that improved efficiency, coordinated hiring and scheduling, maintained accurate records, and enhanced both employee workflow and customer experience.

CURRENTLY

AI ENHANCED EXECUTIVE SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

Currently I would like to pivot to a new sector, preferably IT/AI. I would like to train and learn this vastly growing field. I would like to use my executive and admin experience, fresh perspectives, and expand my current skill set. Now combining administrative expertise with empathetic communication and modern technology skills—particularly AI tools and solutions—to provide exceptional value and support.
